Coach Roy Knapp has had coaching stops at Gaylesville, Sand Rock, Spring Garden, and Coosa Christian High School. The Alabama State Senate passed a resolution stating that, “Coach Knapp’s positive influence changes so many lives for the better by instilling in his players and students such sterling attributes as sportsmanship, commitment, fair play, determination, spirit, and also the importance of bouncing back from defeat while learning from the experience.”
